The room was reasonably large and carpeted, it included cable channels, a microwave, and a refrigerator. The bed was extremely comfy and we had an absolutely clean bathroom. We walked everywhere, the location was comfortable and decent.

Really good overall experience. Fancy hotel with everything fairly clean throughout and a quiet location next to an airport. Location very close to a surprisingly good restaurant, a Waffle House and truck stop with Arbys, and Jacksonville, which is about half-way...

The room we got was reasonably large and newly remodeled. It had a good cleaner, windows sealed shut, and a great king-size bed. Amenities like a microwave, coffee and tea making facilities, and a refrigerator were provided.

Clean

This is the "Baldwin Inn" it is no longer a "Best Western". Door lock was broken, staff had to let me into room. Bed was so old it was bowed. Feral cats were a little thick in parking lot.

The staff here were friendly and knowledgeable, 👍 and they had rooms with two beds which was convenient. Everything seemed pretty clean throughout the place.

The hot water taps had to be left on for several minutes to obtain hot water. On my return trip, the pillows smelled as if they'd been in a smoker's room. A dog was allowed to bark for 20 mins in the next door Waffle House.

We thoroughly enjoyed the hotel; it was luxurious, clean, and the overall experience was really great. The room was huge and exceptionally nice in good condition. The location for Baldwin was good and great, close enough to Waffle House and fast food restaurants.

I truly enjoyed its exceptionally nice and accommodating employees.

The staff at this motel were incredibly helpful and friendly. They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The rooms and hotel were spotless and quiet. The breakfast was great and there was a Waffle House restaurant nearby. We felt well taken care of by the staff.

The motel lacked a guest laundry facility, which was inconvenient for longer stays. Additionally, there seemed to be a significant number of people living at the motel, leading to some disruption and discomfort during the night.
